“First up, put two cups of ice cream (any flavour) into a mixing bowl. Add one and a half cups of self raising flour and mix until all the flour is moistened.
“Place the mixture into a greased bread tin, and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180C.
“Leave it to cool, before tucking in to the magic ice creamy-bready-cakey goodness.”
